Claude forgets. The Brain remembers.

Every session starts from nothing. The Brain is the memory that closes the gap.

Without a Brain

You explain yourself every session.

Who you are, what you sell, how you write, over and over. Every new chat is a blank slate. The work is clever, but it never quite sounds like you, because it never remembers you.

With a Brain

It reads who you are first, every time.

A folder of plain-text files Claude opens before it does anything. Your context, your playbooks, your standing instructions. The work comes back sounding like you, and it keeps knowing you.

What's inside

Three layers, all plain text.

Nothing hidden, nothing technical. You can open any file and read it.

Three tilted translucent planes stacked on a marine field, with a bright off-white plain-text card sitting on top. Each plane is labelled with a short ochre tick landing on its own left edge: 01 context on the front sheet, 02 skills on the middle plane, 03 automation on the back plane.
  • 01

    Context

Who you are, what you sell, how you write. The facts Claude reads before it starts.

  • 02

    Skills

Repeatable jobs it runs on command. Your playbooks, written down once.

  • 03

    Automation

Jobs that run once they have earned your trust. The last layer, not the first.

It's a folder. Here it is.

No black box, no install from us. When you unzip the pack you get one folder called Claude, with the three layers laid out as folders you can open and read.

Plain markdown and command files. Nothing executable, nothing signed by us.

The unzipped Brain folder: a file listing showing layer-1-context, layer-2-skills and layer-3-automation folders alongside plain markdown files, captioned: the actual folder you unzip, three layers, plain text, yours to read.

Convinced? The pack is free.

Download, open, and type one command.

Three steps from a zip on your desktop to a Brain that sounds like you.

A calm left-to-right sequence: a paper folder, a single command mark, then a soft settle of paper cards, connected by one warm line. The interview and plan taking shape.
01

Download and unzip

Inside is one folder called Claude. That folder is your Brain. Put it wherever you like.

02

Open it in Claude

Point Claude Code at the folder, in VS Code or a terminal. The guide walks a blank computer through every step.

03

Type /brain-onboard

Your Brain takes over. It interviews you, researches as you talk, and writes your plan. You talk, it types.

From the person who built it
“Most of my team isn't human anymore, and the work is better for it.”

I run a full-service agency in Adelaide. I built this Brain over nine weeks because Claude kept forgetting my business every time I opened it. Now it remembers, and it does the jobs I used to do by hand.

I'm sharing the base skeleton free because building it changed how we work, and I think it can do the same for you.

The honest answers.

Does this cost anything?
The pack is free. You need your own Claude subscription. Claude Pro (or higher) is required, and it's between you and Anthropic. We don't take a cut of anything.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The guide assumes a blank computer and checks your progress at every step. Once you're in, the Brain interviews you. You talk, it types. If you can answer questions about your own business, you can build this.
Where does my data live?
In a folder on your machine. The Brain works locally with your Claude subscription, and nothing you tell it is sent to us. The only thing we ever receive is the email address you use to get the pack.
What's actually in the zip?
Markdown files and Claude Code command files. No executables, no installers, nothing signed by us. The only software you install comes from official vendors, and the guide links you straight to them.
How long until it's useful?
The first session takes 20 to 40 minutes and ends with a working plan and a Brain that already sounds like you. From there it's one short session a day, and honestly, the early days are where most of the value lands.

The pack is free. Take it.

Nothing to pay. The guide holds your hand, and your first session does the heavy lifting.
