The actual thing

This is what you unzip.

No dashboard to log into, no account with us. Three layer folders and a few plain files. That is the whole product.

The unzipped Claude folder: layer-1-context, layer-2-skills and layer-3-automation folders, plus 00_START-HERE.md, CLAUDE.md, initial-prompt.md, README.md and NOTICE.md, each with a short plain-English note.

The real base folder. Structure only, no client data. Every file is readable text you own on your own machine.

Building this changed how we work, and I think it can do the same for you. Sharing the base costs me nothing and might save you the weeks it took us to figure out. That is the whole reason I am giving it away.

  • A paid Claude subscription. Claude Pro (or higher) is required. The pack is free; the subscription is yours, direct with Anthropic. Plans and pricing.

Nothing hidden, nothing technical. You can open any file and read it. Download the folder, type one command, and it interviews you: that is the whole flow.

How it works.

Three moves, once. After that it is one short command a day.

    Unzip the pack and open the Claude folder in Claude Code. Nothing to install from us.

  2. Type /brain-onboard

    One command hands over to your Brain. It interviews you and researches as you talk.

  3. It takes shape

    You talk, it types. In one session you have a working plan and a Brain that sounds like you.

Questions people ask.

Does this cost anything?
The pack is free. You need your own Claude subscription. Claude Pro (or higher) is required, and it is between you and Anthropic. We do not take a cut of anything.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The guide assumes a blank computer and checks your progress at every step. Once you are in, the Brain interviews you: you talk, it types. If you can answer questions about your own business, you can build this.
Where does my data live?
In a folder on your machine. The Brain works locally with your Claude subscription, so nothing you tell it is sent to us. The only thing we ever receive is the email address you use to get the pack.
What's actually in the zip?
Markdown files and Claude Code command files. No executables, no installers, nothing signed by us. The only software you install comes from official vendors, and the guide links you straight to them.
How long until it's useful?
The first session takes 20 to 40 minutes and ends with a working plan and a Brain that already sounds like you. From there it is one short session a day, and honestly, the early days are where most of the value lands.
