The AI Brain is a folder of plain-text files that turns Claude from a clever chat box into an assistant that knows your business — who you are, what you sell, how you write. This is the same skeleton the Cluse & Co agency Brain grew from. I'm sharing it because building it changed how we work, and I think it can do the same for you.

Nothing hidden, nothing technical. You can open any file and read it.

Layer 1 — context

Who you are, what you sell, who you serve, how you write. Claude reads this before it does anything, so its work sounds like you.

Layer 2 — skills

Playbooks — repeatable jobs your Brain runs on command, like drafting an email or prepping for a meeting.

Layer 3 — automation

Playbooks that run without you pressing anything, once they've earned it.

What you get

The pack arrives empty on purpose — your first session fills it in.

The base Brain. A zip of markdown and command files. Nothing to install from us, nothing signed, nothing executable.
A first session that does the work for you. Type /brain-onboard and your Brain interviews you — it researches your business as you talk, confirms what it finds, and writes a personalised day-by-day plan: 7, 14 or 30 days, your choice, same destination.
One command a day after that. /brain-onboard-resume knows where you're up to, runs today's session — most take 15–20 minutes — and sets up tomorrow.
The step-by-step setup guide. Blank computer to working Brain, with a "you'll know it worked when…" check at every step. A walkthrough video is coming with it.

— A paid Claude subscription — Claude Pro (or higher) is required. The pack is free; the subscription is yours, direct with Anthropic. Plans and pricing.

Questions people ask

Does this cost anything?

The pack is free. You need your own Claude subscription — Claude Pro (or higher) is required, and it's between you and Anthropic. We don't take a cut of anything.

Do I need to be technical?

No. The guide assumes a blank computer and checks your progress at every step. Once you're in, the Brain interviews you — you talk, it types. If you can answer questions about your own business, you can build this.

Where does my data live?

In a folder on your machine. The Brain works locally with your Claude subscription — nothing you tell it is sent to us. The only thing we ever receive is the email address you use to get the pack.

What's actually in the zip?

Markdown files and Claude Code command files. No executables, no installers, nothing signed by us — the only software you install comes from official vendors, and the guide links you straight to them.

How long until it's useful?

The first session takes 20–40 minutes and ends with a working plan and a Brain that already sounds like you. From there it's one short session a day — and honestly, the early days are where most of the value lands.
