Here's the whole thing, start to finish:

1. Follow the setup guide. Around fifteen minutes, with a little check at every step so you always know it's working.
2. Download the Brain and unzip it (the guide has the button, or you can help yourself here). Inside you'll find one folder called Claude. That folder is your Brain; pop it wherever you like.
3. Type /brain-onboard and let it look after you. It asks about your business, reads up as you talk, and writes you a plan of your own: 7, 14 or 30 days, your choice, same happy ending. After that it's one short session a day.

One thing to have ready: a paid Claude subscription. Claude Pro (or higher) is required. The pack itself is free.
